"One of my first Live Ready clothing range I got - I hate shopping, thanks Clarise for the most comfy gear around - was the Assault Pants. Black, heavy duty durable material yet unbelievably comfy and easy to move in, no matter the stance. Pockets for ever... to tuck just about most practical things in, from knives, saw, rope, duct tape, lighter, compass, phone and plenty space for snacks too. Pockets for hard shell knee pads, although I haven't used those since the thick pocket padding for me is more than enough AND knees still don't feel the rough terrain. Zipper and double clip n button on front is good. I think they could find a button with a bigger backing or stitch layer over the back and possibly a few mm lower. Only because if you wear a hard belt, I could feel it. Velcro battle belt strap was better, but still felt the button over the top of pants, but that is a minor. One of my favorite ever by far.
